Your Host
Hi I'm Tina, I am a business executive, hospice caregiver, yoga philosophy interpreter with a passion for individual and collective transformation.
I am from the shipping industry, I have seen well-intentioned NGOs from outside telling us the problems, but it doesn’t drive enough change. I believe the change needs to happen within - both within ourselves, and within the business organisations.

How do you approach diversity and inclusion?
We believe that placing peer-to-peer relationships at the heart of learning creates huge potential for a more inclusive approach to education. We also know that a very deliberate effort is required to deliver those benefits in reality. A top cited value point for Enrol Yourself participants is that they learnt alongside people they wouldn't otherwise have met and were able to exchange their perspectives, ideas, experiences and more.
We want to welcome and support anyone with a strong intention to take part in our programmes, and aim to ensure that your identity or background will not be a barrier. Whilst we don't have it all figured out yet, we are working on it.
What does the programme look like?
Over a period of 6 months, we meet online every other Tuesday afternoon (CET 3-5pm). During the Kick-off week we will meet 4 times to set things up. The journey is punctuated by 'Power Up' sessions where we report back on our learning. Each participant leads a workshop that helps us explore our collective learning question. At the end we will celebrate the result of our learning and prototyping with a Showcase day.
How much does it cost?
The program is inclusive and fee can be adapted according to your base country's income level. For UK and US based peers, cost ranges from £750-£1650 / $980 -$2150 dependent on your circumstances. We are aware that this is a financially precarious moment for many, so please reach out if you need support.
Can I ask my employer to sponsor me?
Yes, and it is encouraged that your employer or organisation supports this Learning Marathon. Not only financial support, but also to support you bringing the idea and process back to your organisation, after creating and prototyping them in this learning journey. You can request information for your employer below.
Which time zone this Learning Marathon will be in?
This Learning Marathon is designed to be in the afternoon of Central European Time (CET 3-5pm). If you are based in Asia, it will be your evenings, if you are based in America, it will be in your mornings. This time slot is difficult for Hawaii and Australia to make, if you are located there and keen to join, please leave a note and let's discuss how we can work it out. Upon forming the cohort we will review and confirm the best slot.
I am not sure where I will be in 3 months, is this journey adaptable to my uncertainty.
This Learning Marathon is designed to embrace uncertainties and changes, The anchor within the uncertain time is that you are committed to dedicate 5 hours per week to work on your Learning Question and sharing your learning progress with the group and wider public, you are well set to this journey together.
