Host an adventure
Seeking facilitators, coaches, community builders and collaborators. Your task will be to host a peer group in your local area, guiding them through our 6 month process: the Learning Marathon. Invest in your development, and by doing so support 12 people to grow themselves, together.

6 steps to starting up
If you've got the energy to make this happen, we've got all the resources and support you'll need to get going. It works like this:
4. Training
If we're a match you'll join us for facilitator training. We'll immerse you in our approach and toolkit, and you'll meet other hosts who will become your buddies.
1. Set up your page
If you're keen to bring the Learning Marathon to your region you can get the ball rolling by setting up your very own page on our website (like this).
2. Get sign ups
Then, you can share your page, gathering expressions of interest through a sign up form. This will give us a sense of appetite for your peer group.
5. Recruit group
Now it's time to open applications and get your group signed up. We will support you with marketing materials, budget and regular check-ins.
3. Let's chat
Reach 15 sign-ups and we'll call you in for interview. We'll work out whether Enrol Yourself is the right vehicle for you, and if we want to journey together!
6. Launch!
The real 6 month adventure begins! As with recruitment we'll support you step-by-step to ensure you and your participants have a great experience.

A stipend of £5000 (+ profit share)

3 days training and initiation, free of charge

Regular check-ins with fellow facilitators and Enrol Yourself team to share ideas and support, plus a supportive community of previous participants

Access to Enrol Yourself toolkit including learning experience design framework, learning philosophy, programme materials and brand

Marketing budget, materials and assets, and support from the team to recruit your peer group

And of course, you participate in the Learning Marathon free of charge
